PHILADELPHIA – The Drexel University women's soccer program is hosting an Identification Clinic on Saturday, May 21 and Sunday, May 22 from 10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Vidas Athletic Complex. The clinic is open to all high school-age female soccer field players and goal keepers.
The Dragons head coach Ray Goon and his staff will help high school players of all positions improve technical skills and game tactics. The clinic will include a training session as well as small and full sided games. Participants will leave the turf with sharper fundamentals as well as field communication.
The ID Clinic is designed to be a two day event with a technical focus on Saturday building to a tactical focus on Sunday. However, participants also have the option of attending just one day. The fee is $200 per person for two days or $125 per person for one day and includes personalized instruction from the Drexel Women's Soccer coaching staff, interaction with current team members, refreshments throughout the day, snacks during the mid-day break and a Drexel Women's Soccer item. Online registration and payment is required. Registrants will receive a confirmation email message along with additional instructions for completing a liability release waiver that must be received prior to the clinic or brought with you the day of the clinic.
