2015: Led the team with a .401 batting average in her first season in University City…recorded a team-high 55 hits and was second on the team in runs scored with 24…tied for team-leader for doubles with nine and totaled 22 RBI…hit her first career home run as a Dragon against Delaware State…started every game for the Dragons as a junior…maintained a .962 fielding percentage mainly at shortstop…recorded two stolen bases in four attempts…named to First Team All-CAA for her performance on the season…a 2015 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner.
Background: Attended Miami Dade College from 2012-14…Member of the Brazilian Softball National Team since 2010…played in the 2013 Pan American Tournament in Puerto Rico…played in the U18 Softball World Cup in Canada in 2011 and 2012, as well as the 2011 U19 World Cup in South Africa…First Team All-Southern Conference in 2012 and Second Team in 2013…2012 Southern Conference champions and made the All-Tournament team.
