Miles Etter was one of Drexel’s top track and field performers in the history of the University. He was a standout sprinter for four seasons and captained the track and field team for two years.
Etter set Drexel records in the 100-yard and the 200-yard dash. His time of 9.8 in the 100-yard dash was near world class and his time in the 220 is still the record at Drexel. It stood for more than 40 years. He was also the champion in both of those events at the Penn Relays.
