Tom Carpus was a member of Drexel’s golf team from 1979 through 1983. He was selected as the team’s Most Valuable Player as a sophomore during the 1980-81 season. The four-year letterwinner was the East Coast Conference champion as a senior. He won the individual title in a playoff against a rival from Towson.
Carpus continued to be involved in golf after graduating and made a career in the golf industry. He is a golf professional at the Kennett Square Golf and Country Club.
