Renee Bucci was a two-sport athlete at Drexel from 1984-1988. An Honorable Mention All-American for lacrosse and a Honorable Mention Regional All-American in 1988, Bucci was an All-East Coast Conference pick in 1987 and 1988. She was also a PAIAW All-Star in 1986 and 1988. Bucci led Drexel in scoring all four years and led in assists three out of four years. She holds Drexel’s single game record for goals scored in a game (9) and is ranked third all-time in points (159) and goals (139).

Bucci was named a field hockey PAIAW All-Star in 1985. She led the field hockey team in goals and assists in 1987 and is currently tied for 12th All-Time in goals.
