Philadelphia- Mehdi Rhazali held off a second-set charge by Daniahdi Robinson at first singles to win in straight sets 6-1, 6-4 and set up a 7-0 shutout victory by his team over the Terriers of St. Francis (N.Y.). Newcomers Nikoloz Kurdadze, Manu Bajpai and Alessandro Bozzo won their first singles matches as Dragons, Bajpai and Kurdadze also picked up wins as part of doubles teams on the day.

Bryan Nguyen and Alessandro Bozzo turned in two of the most dominant performances of the match. Both players won in straight sets without dropping a game. Nguyen beat Alex Tokarz 6-0, 6-0 at fifth singles. Bozzo bested Rafael Angobaido at sixth singles.

The Dragons will hit the road this weekend, traveling to Norfolk, Va. to participate in the Sergio Tacchini Invitational hosted by Old Dominion.
