Men's Tennis Downs Hofstra, 5-2.

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. - The Drexel men's tennis team was victorious on Saturday at Hofstra, defeating the Pride, 5-2. The Dragons won four of the six singles events and two out of three doubles to record their sixth win of the year as they improved to 6-3.
No. 2 in doubles, Xabier Saavedra and Dan Koehler picked up Drexel's first win, as they defeated Hofstra's Matthew Gemmell and Ryhaan Gill in an, 8-5, decision. Jeganathan Srinivasan and Daniel Hansen took home the doubles point for the Dragons after an, 8-2, Hofstra upset.
In singles play, Badr Ouabdelmoumen took down the Pride's Ari Richman in a tough, 5-7, 6-4, 6-2, match. Ouabdelmoumen's aggressive play and endurance ensured the ultimate win. Teammate Skyler Davis also defeated his opponent, in a straight set match, 6-2, 6-0. The next win for the Dragons came from Koehler who only needed two sets to upset Hofstra's Ryhaan Gill, 6-0, 6-2. The last win for Drexel was once again a straight set win from Alex Fioravante, who went, 6-1, 6-0.
