STAMFORD, Conn. – The Drexel men's and women's squash teams concluded play at the 2016 CSA Individual Championsips on Sunday afternoon from Chelsea Piers in Stamford, Conn. After 10 Drexel individuals entered play at the start of the weekend on Friday, only two remained for the Dragons in the finals on Sunday, sophomore Atticus Kelly and junior Mary Fung-A-Fat.

Kelly fought his way to a finals matchup with Rochester's #19 Endo Tomotaka after defeating Bowdoin's #74 Ian Squires in the round of 16, Penn's #53 James Watson in the quarterfinals and his own teammate senior Ibrahim Bakir, ranked #38, in the semifinals.

After grabbing the first game against Tomotaka on Sunday, Kelly fell in the next three as Tomotaka took the match, 7-11, 11-5, 14-12, 11-7 from #21 Kelly in the Molloy Division C Main Draw Finals.

Fung-A-Fat made it to the consolation finals of the Hollerana Division A bracket. She fell in an opening round of 16 matchup to Bowdoin's #41 Sarah Nelson which pushed her to the consolation side on Saturday. There she defeated #73 Anandita Gupta of Dension in the quarterfinals and #57 Skylar Murphy of Brown in the semifinals to earn a berth to the consolation finals on Sunday.

On Sunday, the Drexel junior dropped her match to Harvard's #49 Sophie Mehta, 11-5, 11-3, 11-5.

Sunday of the 2016 CSA Individual Championships capped off the Dragons' 2015-16 season.
