Wrestling Signs Six Future Dragons to National Letters of Intent

PHILADELPHIA - Six accomplished high school wrestlers have signed on to become Drexel Dragons over the past week after submitting National Letters of Intent to join the Drexel wrestling program for the 2018-19 season.
The early signing period signees include:
ANTONIO MININNO | 125 lbs.
Gateway High School, N.J.
Currently ranked 15th nationally at 120 lbs.
Currently ranked 44th in the class of 2018
• 2017 New Jersey state champion
• 2017 Flo Nationals champion
• Fourth place finish at 2016 Super 32
DANTE MININNO | 125 lbs.
Gateway High School, N.J.
• Two-time New Jersey state medalist (seventh in 2016, fourth in 2017)
• 2016 NHSCA Sophomore All-American
• National Honor Society member
TY SMITH | 133 lbs.
Virgin Valley High School, Nev.
Currently ranked 7th nationally at 113 lbs.
• 2017 Asics/Vaughan Junior Nationals champion
