Lemongo Tabs Spot in Sweet 16 of Super ITA's

PRINCETON, N.J.- Lorie Lemongo of women's tennis continued to make program history on Friday afternoon at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Super Regionals tournament. The freshman advanced to the Sweet 16 after defeating one of the tournament's top players, Zoe Howard.
Lemongo, a freshman from Yaounde, Cameroon, defeated Howard of Princeton in three sets. After Howard won a convincing first set, 6-1, Lemongo bounced back and took the second and third sets by a score of 6-4.
Lemongo returns to Princeton to compete in the Sweet 16 on Saturday. She will face Jessie Gong of Yale.
