Illuminato Named to Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week as Honorable Mention

LONG BEACH, Calif. – Antonio Illuminato of the Drexel men's soccer team has been selected to the Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week as an honorable mention for his performance on the pitch last week.

Illuminato captained the Dragons to a come-from-behind victory against the CAA newcomers, Campbell Camels. In his 81 minute performance at midfield, the Cardito, Italy native assisted on two goals, both the tying goal and winning-goal, to help lift Drexel over Campbell and earn the team's first three conference points. This is Illuminato's first recognition by Top Drawer Soccer.

Drexel returns to action on Saturday, September 16. The Dragons travel to West Long Beach, N.J., and face the Monmouth Hawks in a conference matchup starting at 7 p.m.
