Dragon of the Week: Baker and MaGee

PHILADELPHIA - Kobe MaGee and Amaris Baker named the Drexel Dragons of the Week, presented by Rothman Orthopaedics, for the week of November 4th-November 11th.

Kobe MaGee, member of men's basketball, notched a career-high 28 points in Drexel's 73-56 win over Colgate on Saturday. MaGee scored 21 of his 28 points in the first half and eclipsed his career-high before the teams went to intermission. He finished the day 10-for-12 from the floor and was 6-for-8 from long range. The junior also added 14 points in the season opener against Georgian Court on Monday.

Amaris Baker, member of women's basketball, picked up right where she left off last year, scoring 17 points in the first half in the teams season opener against Marist. Baker finished with 21 points shooting 8 for 19 from the floor and added a pair of 3-pointers.
