Serna Named to the Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Men's At-Large Team

PHILADELPHIA - Nico Serna of Drexel squash was named to the 2023-24 Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Men's At-Large Team.
The sports business major was awarded the Men's Mid-Atlantic Squash Conference Player of the Year and was the first Dragon in men's squash history to earn the honor. The junior led the Dragons from the No. 1 spot to the program's first Holley Cup Championship and a 9-8 record. Additionally, the Bogota, Colombia native was named to the CSA Second Team All-America following competition in the CSA Individual Championships. Additionally, he competed in over 50% of Drexel's matches this year and finished top ten individually.
