Swimming & Diving Earn CSCAA Spring Team Scholar All-America; Women Finish Seventh Among Division I Recipients

PHILADELPHIA – The Drexel men's and women's swimming and diving teams received Scholar All-American honors on Monday afternoon, as announced by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA).
In total, the CSCAA recognized 18,716 student-athletes from 417 institutions, highlighted by the Drexel men's and women's team GPAs of 3.52 and 3.79, respectively. The women's GPA ranked seventh in Division I, while the men ranked 25th. Both teams finished on top of the CAA.
In addition, five student-athletes from the men's team, including Alisdair Bell, Eli Kofman, Jakub Kwasny, Tommy Pennimpede and Nate Piccolo achieved straight A's in the winter term. On the women's team, the Dragons had nine student-athletes finish with straight A's, including Skye Bilger, Ali Bragg, Aldercy Bui, Hannah Carmen, Margeret Esterly, Chelsea Gravereaux, Delaney Leonard, Lizzie McDevitt and Abby Zane
