Women’s Rowing Returns to Action in Boston

BOSTON — The Drexel women's rowing team competed in their season debut on Saturday, facing tough opponents at the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta. The Dragons finished 23rd out of 43 boats on the Charles River in Boston, Mass.
Rowing in Jim and Toni Downey, the team of Erin Ernst (Coxswain), Jaelyn Walsh (Stroke), Kieran Harrington, Lila Seidenberg, Imogen O'Rourke Blackburn, Lauren Boyce, Alyssa Bucci, Grace Conroy, and Lily Gramlich battled in the Women's Club 8+ event. They finished the course at a time of 17:24.374.
Drexel will return to the Schuylkill River for the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta on Saturday, October 25.
