Women's Swimming and Diving Finish Day One at West Virginia Invitational

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Drexel women's swimming and diving team sits in fifth place after the opening day of the West Virginia Invitational. The Dragons opened the evening with a strong effort in the 200 free relay and followed it with an excellent performance in the 500 free, placing two swimmers in the top two spots of the A final.
Brittany Corbett won the 500 free with a season-best time, while Harper Barrowman finished close behind in second with a personal best. Drexel also had multiple finalists across B and C heats to round out a productive first session.
