MaGee Named Third Team All-CAA, Hargrove Named to All-Defensive Team

PHILADELPHIA – Drexel's Kobe MaGee was named Third Team All-CAA in a vote by the league's coaches. It is the first time the junior has been named to a CAA postseason team. In addition, junior Cole Hargrove was named to the CAA's All-Defensive team.

MaGee led the Dragons with 13.7 points per game in his third season. He shot 47 percent from the floor and sank 44 percent of his 3-point attempts. The Allentown native chipped in with 5.6 rebounds, which was second on the team. He has also handed out 58 assists and leads Drexel with 32 steals.

Hargrove emerged as one of the top big men in the CAA. The junior is third in the CAA with 55 blocked shots and ranks sixth in the league in rebounding. He is fourth on the team with 9.7 points per game. Hargrove is a local product from nearby Norristown, Pa.

Drexel will begin play in the CAA Championship Second Round on Saturday afternoon in Washington, D.C. The Dragons will be the eighth seed and will face ninth-seeded Elon at noon at CareFirst Arean. The winner will advance to Sunday's quarterfinals against top-seeded Towson.
