Amaris Baker and Molly Rullo Collect Big 5 Weekly Honors

PHILADELPHIA — Amaris Baker and Molly Rullo of the Drexel women's basketball team received Big 5 weekly awards following Drexel's road trip to Charleston and UNCW. This is Baker's first Big 5 award of the season, while Rullo claims her second.
Baker totaled for 41 points on 14-of-31 shooting during the Dragons 1-1 week. The graduate student scored 17 points against Charleston and followed up with 24 versus UNCW. She also added six rebounds, six assists, and three steals across both contests. The 24-point effort marked her tenth game of the season scoring 20 or more points.
Rullo combined for 22 points this week, shooting 8-for-18 from the field. The freshman also collected seven assists, pulled down 10 rebounds, and added three steals and a block. The Drexel Hill product posted a 15-point effort against UNCW, collecting five rebounds.
The Dragons return home for a pair of contests this weekend as part of Drexel's Homecoming celebrations, first taking on Stony Brook on Friday at 6 p.m., followed by a match up with Towson on Sunday at 2 p.m.
