Lemongo Named CAA Women's Tennis Co-Player of the Week

PHILADELPHIA - Lorie Lemongo has been named CAA Women's Tennis Co-Player of the Week for the second time this month.
On Saturday, Lemongo set a new Drexel program record for singles victories with 66 while helping the Dragons battle past conference foe Stony Brook, 4-3. The grad student edged SBU's Elena Lobo-Corral, 6-4, 3-6 ,6-2 at No. 1 singles. Lemongo also beat FDU's Anastasia Lim, 7-5, 3-0 ret in a 6-1 team win last Friday, February 13.
The Dragons return to the court on Saturday, February 21, when they host Delaware State.
