Four Members of Women's Tennis Receive CSCA All-District Team Honors

PHILADELPHIA – Four members of the Drexel women's tennis team were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District, as announced by the organization.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must be of a sophomore academic standing or higher with a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA and be a starter or key reserve for their team.
Adva Dabah, Lorie Lemongo, Rebecca Fiedler and Anastasia Kavounov were all named after strong seasons on the court and in the classroom.
Lemongo was named to the All-CAA First Team for Singles after going 12-10 in singles matches and 12-10 in doubles. She and Dabah were also named to the All-CAA Second Team for Doubles after going 11-9.
Kavounov was named to the All-CAA Second Team for Singles teams after leading the team in singles wins with 16 and also winning 20 doubles matches. Kavounov and Fiedler went 20-10 on the year in doubles.
