Morgan Worsfold-Gregg Named to All-CAA Preseason Team

RICHMOND, Va. – Morgan Worsfold-Gregg of the Drexel men's soccer team was named to the Preseason All-CAA Team for the 2026 season, as announced by the conference on Monday. Additionally, Julian Pittaoulis and Tiago Lima-Bittencourt both received honorable mentions.
Worsfold-Gregg was a staple for the Dragons last season, leading the team in assists and tied for the team lead in goals. The junior contributed two game-winning-goals last season, which was tied for fourth in the CAA.
Pittaoulis returns for his graduate campaign after appearing in 11 games last season, tied for third on the team in goals while adding an assist. The Philadelphia native finished the 2025 season with 778 minutes.
Lima-Bittencourt looks to build upon his strong junior season after appearing in all 16 games, second on the team in points contributing three goals and one assists. Scored the game winner in a 2-1 victory over Northeastern.
In the CAA Preseason Poll, Drexel was picked to finish fourth in the North Division. Hofstra held the top spot with 43 points and 8 first-place votes.
Drexel opens the 2026 season on the road against Robert Morris on Thursday, August 20th. That match opens a five-game road stretch before Drexel returns to Vidas Athletic Complex on September 12 at 1 p.m. to face Northeastern.
