2012-13: Rowed in the women’s freshmen eight boat…placed fifth overall in the grand final at the 2013 Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta…earned a gold medal at the Kerr Cup Regatta…finished fourth overall at the Knecht Cup…registered the second-fastest time at the Occoquan Sprints…took fourth-overall at the Murphy Cup Regatta…in the fall, placed first in the women’s freshmen eight at the Frostbite Regatta…earned third-place out of 27 entries at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta…crossed the finish line second at the Navy Day Regatta.
Background: Team captain and rowed two seat senior year in the varsity eight….third at Head of the Charles, placed first at the Philadelphia City Championships, first at the Stotesbury Cup Regatta, third at SRAA Nationals and second at Women’s Henley…rowed two seat junior year in the varsity eight…took fourth at Head of the Charles, first at Philadelphia City Championships, second at Stotesbury Cup Regatta, fourth at SRAA Nationals, fifth at Youth Nationals…sat six seat in the lightweight eight...captured first-place at Saratoga Invitational, the Philadelphia City Championships, the Stotesbury Cup Regatta, the SRAA Nationals and recorded third at Youth Nationals….also, played volleyball freshman and sophomore year.
