2016-17: Senior campaign…Named a 2017 National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-American...Notched season bests of 21.10 in the 50 free prelims at the CAA Championships, 46.10 in the 100 free at the CAA Championships, 53.58 in the 100 back at the Patriot Invitational, 50.94 in the 100 fly prelims at the CAA Championships and 55.20 in the 100 IM against NJIT/Howard…Drexel men finished 2nd of 5 at the 2017 CAA Championships with a score of 752.
2015-16: Named All-CAA in the 200 free relay and 400 free relay for the second and third-place respective finishes at the CAA Championships…Swam in five different individual events for Drexel in his junior campaign…Two of his best individual times on the year came in the CAA Championships prelims where he clocked times of 46.26 in the 100 free and 51.35 in the 100 fly…Also posted season best of 21.98 in the 50 free and 54.15 in the 100 back at the Patriot Invitational…His best 50 fly time of 23.96 came against Howard and NJIT…A CAA Commissioner’s Award winner.
2014-15: Primarily swam in the 50 freestyle, 100 butterfly and 200 medley relay while occasionally swimming in the 100 freestyle, 200 butterfly, 200 freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay…named the Drexel men’s swimming Most Improved Player for the 2014-15 campaign…Swam in four finals events at the CAA Championships including first in the 200 freestyle relay (1:21.25), third in the 400 freestyle relay (2:58.94), seventh in the 100 freestyle (46.03) and eighth in the 50 freestyle (21.17)…earned All-CAA honors in two relay events at the CAA Championships…helped set a new school record in the 200 freestyle relay at the CAA Championships…had 24 top-five finishes on the year.
2013-14: At the Cavalier Invitational, he dropped time in the 100 fly, going 51.81. He continued his streak by dropping 1.3 seconds in the 100 back, touching the wall at 53.55…competed in the 50 free, the 100 free, 100 back and advanced to the “B” final in the 200 breast at the Frank Elm Invitational
Background: Four-year letterwinner, captain, and honor society member at Springfield…qualified for high school districts all four years…qualified for high school states senior year in the 100 fly…qualified for and swam at the YMCA Short Course Nationals from 2011-13, as well as the Long Course Nationals in 2012 and 2013…finaled at the 2012 Short Course Nationals in the 200 free relay, and finaled at the 2013 Long Course Nationals in the 50 fly.
