2017-18: Went 10-11 overall on the season…played primarily from the No. 3 spot, where he had a 5-7 record…also went 3-3 at No. 2…competed in the U.S. Open Squash qualifying draw in October 2017…earned a first round win over Columbia’s Krish Kapur in the Molloy Cup West Division at Individual Championships…won all three of his matches in Hoehn Cup play against Brown, Navy and Virginia…swept Brown’s Andrew Wei, Navy’s Jonathan Lentz and Virginias Jarett Odrich…came back win his season debut against Dickinson’s Frank Goossens…won three straight matches to open the 2018 calendar year against Tomtaka Endo of Rochester, Michael Kacergis of Navy and Sanjay Jeeva of Franklin & Marshall…swept Williams’ W. Khosowskhahi and Cornell’s Perry Hanson.
2016-17: Went 6-11 on his junior campaign including 0-2 from the No. 4, 2-5 from the No. 5, 1-3 from the No. 6 and 3-1 at individuals… Played most of his matches from the No. 5 position for Drexel… One of his wins came as three-game sweep, two as four-game wins and two came as five-game victories…Had a three-match winning streak from March 4 to 5 at individual championships… Played from the No. 6 position for Drexel at its first-ever ‘A’ Division Potter Cup… One of six individuals to represent the Dragons at CSA Individual National Championships… Went 3-1 at Individuals in the Molloy Division-West Bracket…Won his consolation finals match over Williams’ John Fitzgerald in the Molly West… Finished the season ranked #51 individually in the nation, fourth highest on the team.
2015-16: Named a member of the Harrow Sports College Squash Players of the 2016 Men’s National Team Championship … Went 17-6 during his sophomore campaign including a 4-2 mark from the No. 1 position, 3-3 from the No. 2, 5-0 from the No. 3 and 2-0 from the No. 5 … His 17 victories rank tied for second on the team … One of five individuals with at least 15 wins on the year … Nine of his victories came as three-game sweeps, five as four-game wins and three went five games … Was 15-1 after winning the first game … Won two matches after being down 0-2 … Was 9-2 in Saturday matches … Opened the season on a five-match winning streak from Oct. 31 to Nov. 24 … Won six-straight from Feb. 26 to Mar. 5 for his longest streak on the year … Played in the match that clinched No. 9 Drexel the B Division Hoehn Cup at CSA Team Nationals with a 5-4 victory over No. 10 Cornell for the first team championship in the men’s program … One of six individuals to represent the Dragons at CSA Individual National Championships … Went 3-1 at Individuals in the Molloy Division ‘C’ Bracket … Won his round of 16 match over Bowdoin’s #74 Ian Squiries before defeating Penn’s #53 James Watson in the quarterfinals … Defeated teammate #38 Ibrahim Bakir in the semifinals before losing to Rochester’s #19 Endo Tomotaka in the finals to finish runner-up in the Molloy Division ‘C’ Bracket … Finished the season ranked #24 individually in the nation.
2014-15: Made 20 appearances on the year…went 12-10 (.545) including 8-7 from the No. 1 position and 3-1 from the No. 2 position…participated in the Individual Championships in March 2015; lost his first match in the Pool Division Main Draw, but earned a win in the first round of the consolation bracket.
Background: Lettered in golf, cross country and squash during his high school career ... Helped Avon Old Farms to the 2014 Varsity Squash National Championship ... Finished third in the US Squash U19 rankings in 2014 ... Also a student leader of the Conrad Unified Theatre Show.
