Scott Perri, a co-captain of men's lacrosse, capped an outstanding senior season by being named the Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year. The Smithtown, N.Y. native led the CAA in goals, assists and points per game. He was second in the nation in points per game and ranked in the top 10 nationally in all three major offensive categories. Perri finished his final season at Drexel with 39 goals, 27 assists and 66 points. His 66 points were the most by a Dragon since the 1991 season, when John Colt had 69 points. Perri scored three or more goals eight times, and had five goals on three different occasions. He compiled a career-best eight points in Drexel's win at No. 19 Penn State. Perri finished his career 11th all-time at Drexel in goals (89), 10th in assists (59) and 12th in points (148). He graduated from Drexel with a degree in business administration.
