Drexel University Athletics
These policies are in effect for all Drexel home contests (men's and women's basketball, men's and women's squash, swimming and diving, wrestling) and any external events held in the DAC.
Drexel University prohibits the possession or use of any weapons capable of inflicting serious bodily injury on any and all University buildings and property. Please be advised that walkthrough metal detectors may be used for campus events. Additional campus security guidelines can be found on the Drexel Public Safety website.
Animals
No animals or pets are allowed in the facility, including emotional support animals
Service animals are welcome and are permitted in the facility
Bag Check & Metal Detection Policy
All spectators will be subject to a bag check and metal detection inspection prior to entering the Daskalakis Athletic Center. It is recommended that you do not bring bags into events.
Bags smaller than 16"x16"x8" are allowed in the building
Concessions
Concessions are located in the north lobby and are open for all men's and women's basketball and wrestling home contests. Concessions close at halftime
Outside food and drink is not permitted
Prohibited Actions
No re-entry
No smoking or vaping (prohibited within 20 feet of the building and inside)
No flash photography

Alcohol
Artificial noisemakers
Camcorders, video cameras, camera lenses > 5" (credentialed media excluded)
Cans, bottles, coolers
Illegal substances
Large bags, suitcases > 16"x16"x8"
Weapons of any kind
Tickets
Drexel Men's and Women's Basketball games and Drexel Wrestling matches are the only ticketed events at the DAC.

Men's and women's squash and swimming and diving are free admission at the DAC and do not require a ticket.
Tickets are required for children older than 2 years old. If you are bringing a child less than 2 years old they will need to sit with you.
