Philly-SIDA Academic All-American…IRA Scholar Athlete…competed in ten races with the Dragons…sank the boat of Oregon State with the 2V8+...won gold at the Bergen Cup with the 3V8+...earned a silver medal at the Dad Vail with the 2V8+, won the men’s and overall title…18th overall finish at the IRA Nationals.
2022-23 / Senior
IRA All-Academic…IRCA Scholar Athlete…competed in 11 races for the Dragons with the majority of his action coming in the Second Varsity 8+…won a gold medal and helped Drexel to the men’s points title in the 2V8+ at the Dad Vail Regatta…rowed bow as Lois Krall II took home the 2V8+ gold medal at the Knecht Cup Regatta…third seat for the 2V8+ in a gold medal performance at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta.
2021-22 / Junior
IRCA Scholar Athlete…competed in 14 races for the Dragons…part of 2V8+ wins against La Salle and Villanova…led Drexel in the third seat to a gold medal in the Dad Vail Regatta…placed 12th at IRA Nationals…competed with Varsity 4 and Varsity 8 during the season.
2020-21 / Sophomore
IRCA Scholar Athlete…Competed in seven races for the Dragons…sat fifth seat in Third Varsity 8, helping the team to a seventh place finish at IRA Nationals…part of the 3V8 win against Marietta.
2019-20 / Freshman
Granted another season of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic…won bronze with the freshman 8+ B boat at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta (Oct. 26)…featured in the men’s championship 8+ A boat at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta (Oct. 26)…featured in the freshman 8+ race at the Navy Day Regatta on the Schuylkill River (Oct. 12).
Background
Attended Glastonbury High School in Glastonbury, Conn…earned the outstanding oarsman team award in Fall 2018…finished first in the CT Public Schools Rowing Association boy’s first varsity eight in 2019…helped team win CPSRA 8’s points trophy in 2018 and 2019…placed 19th at HOCR in men’s youth fours.
