2016-17: Junior campaign…All-CAA in the 3-meter board…Finished second in the 3-meter board with a total score of 309.60… Drexel men finished 2nd of 5 at the 2017 CAA Championships with a score of 752…Named the CAA Men’s Diver of the Week on January 31…Notched season bests of 274.05 in the 1-meter against Delaware and 309.60 in the 3-meter finals at the CAA Championships.
2015-16: Completed his sophomore campaign…His top 1m (6 dives) and 3m (6 dives) came against Howard and NJIT with respective scores of 258.60 and 247.73…Participated in the finals for both the 1m (11 dives) and 3m (11 dives) at the CAA Championships where he posted a scores of 241.60 in the 1m and 231.45 in the 3m.
2014-15: Swept the 1 meter (261.75) and 3 meter (253.73) dives at George Washington …finished eighth in the preliminary 1 and 3 meter dives at the CAA Championships…totaled 13 top-five finishes between the 1 meter, 3 meter and platform dive across his freshman season…named the CAA Diver of the Week on November 4, 2014.
Background: Lettered all four years at Walt Whitman High School in both swimming and diving.
Personal: Son of Steven and Carolyn Carne...has an older brother, Tim...majoring in health sciences.
