Bridget Snyder was promoted to the assistant athletic director for compliance in February of 2020. She originally joined the Drexel Athletics team in 2017 as the compliance coordinator after spending five years working in the financial planning industry. She most recently worked for Temple as the compliance and student-athlete affairs assistant and prior to that served as the graduate extern for the School of Sport, Tourism & Hospitality Mangement in its Center for Student Professional Development. While working at Temple, Snyder earned her master's degree in sport business in 2017.

Snyder graduated from South Carolina in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in sport and entertainment management. While at South Carolina, she was a member of the varsity swimming team and served as team captain in her senior year. Her successes in the pool led her to compete at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 50-meter freestyle.
