2009-10: Rowed bow in the women’s varsity four that claimed fourth place in the CAA Championships…also rowed bow for the varsity four in its third place finish at the Kelly Cup…rowed bow in the second varsity eights’ first place finish in the Bill Braxton Regatta and third place finish at the Frostbite Regatta.
2008-09: Made appearances in the novice eight and the second varsity eight in just her first season…rowed in the second varsity eight at Murphy Cup Regatta and dual races against Saint Joseph’s, Lehigh, La Salle and Delaware…rowed in the bow seat of the novice eight that took fifth in the grand finals at Dad Vail.
Background: Rowed for four seasons at James O’Neill High School…named MVP as a senior…rowed in the bow seat of the eight and the stroke of the four…also lettered in skiing.
Personal: Daughter of Michael and Denise Swansen…majoring in environmental science.
