Hayley McKeever joined the Drexel women’s rowing staff as an assistant in 2024. McKeever was a member of the Drexel’s women's rowing team from 2018-2023.

McKeever was selected to the All-CAA team in her fifth year season. She helped lead the team to three runner-up finishes in the CAA Championships between 2020/21 and 2022/2023 seasons. McKeever was named to the CAA Commissioner’s Honor Roll three times and named CRCA Scholar Athlete twice.

McKeever graduated in 2023 from Drexel with a degree in Civil Engineering.
