Mike Paznokas joined the Drexel women’s soccer staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2025 season.
Paznokas brings a strong background in goalkeeping development and youth coaching, having worked extensively with The Keeper Institute (TKI) from 2020–25 as a goalkeeping coach and camp leader. During his time with TKI, he designed and led individual and small-group training sessions while helping develop goalkeepers in a positive, competitive environment.
In addition to his coaching experience, Paznokas served as an Event Operations Intern with the Philadelphia Union during the summer of 2023, assisting with match day operations, halftime events, and community engagement initiatives. He also works as a Summer Youth Camp Coach with the Union, creating and delivering curriculum focused on player development while traveling to affiliate clubs throughout the region.
Paznokas has held coaching roles with several youth and development programs, including Fever Soccer Club, Sofive Soccer Center, and the Player Development Academy (PDA). He has also gained collegiate coaching experience as a student assistant coach with Rancocas Valley Soccer’s Men’s College Summer League team.
A former collegiate goalkeeper, Paznokas played four seasons at Arcadia University (2021–24) and was a MAC Freedom Scholar throughout his career. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management with a minor in business administration from Arcadia University and is pursuing a master’s degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
