Brian Radle was named the General Manager of Dragons Sports Properties at Drexel University in February of 2020. He oversees all aspects of the multimedia rights partnerships between Drexel Athletics and Learfield. Under his leadership, Dragons Sports Properties has averaged 10 percent year-over-year revenue growth and earned multiple national recognitions, including Learfield’s Chairman’s Club Property of the Year and Rookie of the Year awards.
Prior to joining Drexel, Radle served as the Director of Partnerships for the Philadelphia Wings. He focused on renewing corporate relationships while securing new partners. He helped enhance the overall value proposition for sponsors by developing creative solutions, dynamic sales presentations, and innovative activations, while also contributing to national property revenue initiatives.
Before coming to Philadelphia, Radle was the President and General Manager of the Kannapolis Intimidators in North Carolina. Brian Radle oversaw all business operations and implemented strategic initiatives that drove measurable growth across multiple revenue streams. In his first year, the organization increased sponsorship sales revenue by 36 percent, season ticket revenue by 30 percent, and average attendance by 3 percent. He also led the execution of large-scale concerts and launched several award-winning initiatives, including Minor League Baseball’s first fully dedicated sensory-friendly ballpark space and the “Los Rápidos de Kannapolis” Copa campaign, both of which received national recognition.
Radel has had an extensive career across several Minor League Baseball organizations, holding leadership roles with the Lancaster Barnstormers as Director of Partnerships and Events, the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs as Assistant General Manager of Business Operations, the Wilmington Blue Rocks as Director of Advertising Sales, and the Lowell Spinners as Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing.
