Latifat Olatunji joined Drexel in September of 2025 as an ACHIEVE Center graduate assistant.
Prior to joining Drexel, Olatunji served as an Athletic/NCAA Game Administration Intern at West Virginia State University. In this role, she supported compliance operations by inputting academic and financial aid data and generating reports. She also assisted coaches with evaluating prospective student-athletes and managing player additions through the transfer portal.
The Brooklyn, New York native was also a Student Orientation Leader at West Virginia State, where she guided students in accessing campus resources, academic programs, and student life opportunities while mentoring them through their transition to university life.
Olatunji was a four-year member of the women’s basketball team at West Virginia State. The forward posted multiple top-ten program career marks, including blocks (95), games played (111), and offensive rebounds (223).
She earned her degree in Sports Studies with a minor in Business and Marketing from West Virginia State University.
