Riley Coneeny joined Drexel Athletics in September of 2026 as an ACHIEVE Center graduate assistant.

Prior to coming to Drexel, Coneeny served as a Community Development and Fundraising Events Intern for Susan G. Komen, the world's largest nonprofit breast cancer organization. She was responsible for contacting and seeking out potential fundraising opportunities and creating social media content.

The Lincroft, N.J., native was a four-year member and team captain of the softball team at Ursinus College. Coneeny was a pitcher and outfielder for the Bears, appearing in 82 games and making 21 starts, including 47 appearances in the circle. She finished her career with a .286 batting average and helped Ursinus reach the Centennial Conference playoffs twice.

While in Collegeville, Coneeny served as a four-time Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) team representative and was a vice president during the 2025-26 academic year. She also served as a Morgan’s Message ambassador and treasurer of the Ursinus College chapter. In addition, Coneeny contributed to the Ursinus Athletics Department as a game-day event worker.

Coneeny earned her bachelor's degree in Health and Society with a minor in Psychology from Ursinus College in 2026. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Public Health at Drexel University.
