Taylor Matteson was hired as Drexel’s Assistant Director of Compliance in December 2021. Before arriving at Drexel, Matteson was a compliance coordinator for the La Salle Athletics for two years. She oversaw the administration of eligibility tasks for all incoming PSA’s and completed NCAA and La Salle Admissions reads for admission to the institution and certification through the Eligibility Center.

Before her time at La Salle, Matteson was a Compliance & Student-Athlete Affairs Intern. She conducted the approval of Countable Athletically Related Activities (CARA) Logs for all 16 sports teams. While at Temple, she also acted as the director of operations for the Temple women’s lacrosse program.

Matteson received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington College. She continued her education at Mount Aloysius College, where she earned her master's of business administration and received a master’s degree in sports business from Temple in 2019.
