DeSanto came away with two more thrilling bonus-point wins Saturday to help the Dragons to road wins at Army West Point and Columbia. In the afternoon at Army West Point, the freshman from Reading, Pa. worked a 24-10 major decision win over Lane Peters to get the Dragons back into the match. Later that evening in New York City, the 133-pounder earned his eighth technical fall victory of the season, this one coming at 23-7 over Alec Kelly. Earlier in the week, DeSanto was ranked No. 4 at 133 pounds in the first NCAA Coaches Panel poll of the season. He has helped the Dragons to an 8-2 (3-2 EIWA) record.
