Drexel Set For Play at This Weekend's Old Dominion Collegiate Invitational

Philadelphia - Drexel will continue its fall tournament schedule this weekend with a trip to Norfolk, Va. for the Old Dominion Collegiate Invitational. The three-day tournament runs from Oct. 2-4 and features some of the top players on the East Coast. Fans can follow the action with updated brackets and results on the USTA website by clicking here.
Opening the tournement in doubles play for the Dragons on Friday, Oct. 2 are the doubles team of Melissa Bohm and Anahita Jagtiani, who will play against Michelle Meadows and Jocelyn Lewis at 9:00 a.m. Drexel's top doubles pair of Zineb Hilali and Gozde Unkaya will face Anik Cepeda and Nina Vulovich from William & Mary at 10:00 a.m. Emma Brook and Elise Leizerovich will wrap up the day versus Courtney Golmarac and Kathryn Schafer from Mary Washington at 2:00.
On Saturday in singles play Elise Leizerovich will open the day against Anais Gomar from Campbell at 10:00 a.m. Melissa Bohm faces Georgetown's Nora Montgomery at 12:30 and Anahita Jagtiani plays against Melissa Gilanchi of Hofstra at 2:00. Meanwhile Zineb Hilali, Emma Brook and Gozde Unkaya, who all received first-round byes, will wait for opening round opponents to advance.
