Feld Leads Dragons to Victory at the Philadelphia University Golf Classic

Lafayette Hill, Pa. - Ben Feld took medalist honors while two of his teammates finished in the top 10 individually as Drexel won the first ever Philadelphia University Golf Classic at The ACE Club in Lafayette Hill. The Dragons finished four shots better than second-place Goldy-Beacom and were seven shots clear of third-place La Salle in the 10-team, one-round event.
Feld's two-over par 74 was one shot better than La Salle's Randy Kurzinsky to earn medalist honors. James Braunsberg fired a 78 to place fourth while Michael Serensits carded an 80 to finish 10th. Tom Beecher and Ben Hinge each shot 84's.
Drexel will return to action this weekend as the Dragons travel to Seton Hall for a two-day tournament.
