Dragons Finish Fall Season With 6-1 Win Over Rider

Philadelphia - The Dragons completed their dual match schedule for the fall season with an emphatic 6-1 victory over Rider (1-10). Drexel ends the autumn run with a 2-0 record in dual match play. Sonja Stosic, Zeynep Mafa and Emma Brook dispatched their opponents in straight sets without losing a single game at third, fourth and fifth singles, respectively. The Dragons also did not yeild a point in doubles play.
Drexel won all five of its singles matches in straight sets. The tightest match of the contest was at second singles where Elise Leizerovich finished off Tricia Ashmore 6-4, 6-1. On the doubles side, Sonja Stosic and Zeynep Mafa topped Danielle White and Jaclyn Giameo, 8-0. Gozde Unkaya and Emma Brook beat Marly Roche and Tricia Ashmore 8-0 at second doubles.
