Dragons Come up Short in Blustery Regular-Season Finale at Delaware

Newark, Del. - Playing in windy conditions in Delaware, Drexel men's tennis came up just short of their regional rival in the team's regular-season finale, 4-3. Drexel (6-5, 1-2) won at first, second and sixth singles while the Blue Hens (9-6, 3-3) took the balance of the singles matches and won all three doubles contests.

Rookie Skyler Davis won his 10th match of the season while improving to 6-1 at sixth singles. Manu Bajpai closed out his senior year with a regular-season record of 11-3 and a 6-1 mark at second singles. Nikoloz Kurdadze led the team with 14 wins in singles play this year. The Dragons will now await their seeding in next weekend's CAA Tournament which is set to begin on Thursday.
