No. 9 Men’s Squash Sweeps Dickinson on Monday

CARLISLE, Pa. – The No. 9 Drexel men's squash team (11-4) swept the Dickinson Red Devils (12-8) on Monday night from Carlisle, Pa. It came as the Dragons' fourth sweep on the season.
Sophomore Atticus Kelly improved to 11-4 on the campaign with his No. 1 position victory, coming as his fourth-straight win.
Freshman Bransten Ming won his 12th match of the year over Dickinson's Hal Holappa. He is now 7-1 from the No. 2 spot.
Senior Ibrahim Bakir earned an 11-7, 9-11, 11-3, 11-3 victory over Dickinson's Cory Litman from the No. 3 position.
The middle third of the ladder held their own as sophomore Luke Willemse, junior Michael Thompson and junior Nat Fry all earned wins. Willemse won his third straight while Thompson improved to a team-leading 13-2 for his fifth-straight victory. Fry improved to 3-0 from the No. 6 spot with his sweep over Dickinson's Nicholas Struzenski. Fry is now 8-5 on the year.
Senior Mark Kauf, sophomore Cillian Dunne and freshman Royston Raymond won the No. 7, 8 and 9 matches on Monday. It came as the first win on the year for Kauf in five chances. Dunne improved to 4-1 for his second-straight win while Raymond is now 3-0, winning his first match since November 22, 2015.
Drexel will close out its regular-season schedule on Saturday, Feb. 13 against No. 8 Columbia at the Kline & Specter Squash Center for senior day. Action will begin at 11 a.m.
