Drexel School of Education Athletes of the Week: Greenberg and Knudsen

PHILADELPHIA – Bailey Greenberg of women's basketball and Matias Knudsen of men's squash have been named the Drexel School of Education Athletes of the Week for the week ending Nov. 11.
Greenberg played an impressive weekend of basketball, earning her fourth career double-double against the top-ranked mid-major program, La Salle. She was also the top scorer with 17 points for a second consecutive contest against Saint Joseph's. Greenberg finished Friday evening against La Salle with 17 points, 10 rebounds and two assists before dropping another 17 points on Sunday against Saint Joseph's with eight rebounds for a 51-34 victory.
Knudsen had a standout weekend for the Dragons, defeating both of his opponents in the Pennsylvania State Classic to help Drexel to a 1-1 weekend. On Saturday, Knudsen outlasted Dickinson's Sergio Martin, 11-5, 11-3, 11-7 before taking down Penn's David Yacobucci on Sunday, 11-3, 11-4, 11-5, for the Dragons' only victory of the day.
Knudsen and the men's squash team will return to action when they host UVA for a 10 a.m. match at the Kline & Specter Squash Center while Greenberg and the women's basketball team take on Bucknell at the DAC at 7 p.m.
