
Rowing Sweeps All Four Races at Rumson Boat Race

RUMSON, N.J. – The Drexel University men's and women's rowing teams swept all four races at the Saturday morning Rumson Boat Race on the Navesink River in New Jersey.
The Dragons went up against Army West Point, Rutgers, U.S. Coast Guard Academy and Villanova.
The women's varsity eight opened the fall with a win in the Alleva XVII boat. The men's varsity eight followed up with a win in the Lois Krall II boat. The morning was closed by victories by the women's second varsity eight in the Cara Fry boat and the men's second varsity eight in the Sandra Lee Sheller II boat.
