PHILADELPHIA – Six Dragons scored in Drexel's offensive outburst as they defeated Georgetown 6-0 on senior day, Sunday afternoon at Buckley Field. Stephanie Oleykowski, Gabby Martina, Eline Di Leva, Emily Owens, Natali Foster, and Tina Rawa found the back of the cage. DU finished the regular season at 11-7, its highest win total since 2013.

BY THE NUMBERS

Aren Dardarian led the Dragons defensive effort with two saves.
Isabel Jacobs earned two assists in the contest.
Drexel held the Hoyas to five shots in the contest.
Martina scored her first goal of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

In the second minute, Drexel earned its first penalty corner and Taylor Mason's hit into the circle was deflected by Oleykowski on the goal line to give Drexel a 1-0 lead.
Just six minutes later, Mason's shot was redirected in front of the goalie by Martina and found the back of the cage to tack on another goal.
At the end of the first quarter, Di Leva scored her tenth goal of the year on a pass from Cailey Lever from the right side of the circle.
In the third quarter, Owens scored her second goal of the year to make it 4-0 Dragons.
Foster kept the momentum going in favor of DU as she scored on an assist from Jacobs.
With ten minutes remaining, Rawa connected with Jacobs for the final goal of the contest.
Dardarian's saves in the fourth quarter allowed Drexel to earn its fourth shutout of the season.
