Dragons Win Third-Straight City 6 Championship

Nicholas Earns Medalist Honors
TAVISTOCK, N.J. - The Drexel golf team shot nine-under par on the way to its third-straight City 6 Championship. Drue Nicholas was the medalist with a three-under par 69 at the Tavistock Country Club. Drexel finished 19 shots ahead of second place Villanova on Sunday afternoon.
The Dragons had a total team effort on the par-72 course which hosted the City 6 for the first time. Tafadzwa Nyamukondiwa, Griffin Mitchell and Brockton English were all just one shot behind Nicholas at 70 (-2).
The Dragons shot 279 in their final round of the fall. Villanova finished second, followed by Saint Joseph's and La Salle.
