About Drexel
The men's team has been led by the senior and freshman duo of Paris Raptis and Alessio Gianni. Raptis collected two CAA swimmer of the week honors and holds the best 50 and 100 fly times in the conference. Gianni has had an impressive freshman season and is coming off a strong meet against Towson. The San Gimignano, Italy native finished with three first-place event. Also, Kacper Karnik, who owns the CAA's best 200 breast time, will try to make a splash like he did in his freshman campaign.
The women's team looks to be a force in the breast events as seniors Lera Nasedkina and Megan Sicinski own the first and second best time in the conference for the 50 breast, respectively. Nasedkina was named CAA player of the week back in November. Her best meet came at the Patriot Invitational, where she clocked in five program records and collected six medals. Fede Nocera has had an impressive rookie season. She has won CAA rookie swimmer of the month twice and CAA swimmer of the week once.
