Drexel Falls to Temple, 7-0

PHILADELPHIA – The Drexel men's tennis team fell to the Temple Owls in a match on Friday Afternoon, 7-0.
In the first-seeded doubles match, Alan Jesudason and Alex De Sousa made a move to try to win the match, but the Owl top-seeders pulled away and clinched a 6-4 match.
In the third-seeded singles match, De Sousa won the first set, 7-6 (4), but could not hold on and dropped the second and third sets, 6-1, 6-0. In the fifth-seeded match, Matvey Radionov bounced back after dropping the first set, 6-3, to win the second set, 6-4. The Owls earned the victory in the No. 5 match after downing Radionov, 6-3, in the third set.
Drexel returns to the court on Sunday, April 10, to face Army. First serve from West Point, N.Y. is scheduled for 3 p.m.
Doubles
