Women's Tennis Falls to Penn, 7-0

PHILADELPHIA – The Drexel women's tennis team was defeated by the Penn Quakers on Sunday afternoon, 7-0, at the Hecht and Hamlin Tennis Center.
The Dragons got off to a hot start, winning the first-seeded doubles match. Lorie Lemongo and Renata Lombera teamed up and took down their Quaker counterparts, 6-4. Penn took the second-seeded doubles match to win the doubles point.
The Dragons return to action on Saturday, March 4 at 1 p.m. Drexel will travel to Newark, N.J. to face NJIT.
