Drexel opens the season at home with a pair of games at home, against Bucknell on Aug. 25 and La Salle on Aug. 27, before making a road trip south. DU looks for its second consecutive victory over Appalachian State (Sept. 1) before its first-ever matchup against Queens College in Boone, N.C. on Sept. 3. The following weekend, Rider travels to Buckley Field (Sept. 8) and Drexel heads up the street for a local showdown against Penn (Sept. 10).
The Dragons go to the Jersey Shore to start CAA play at Monmouth (Sept. 15) prior to returning home versus Albany (Sept. 17). After back-to-back home games against Towson and Saint Francis (Pa.) on Sept. 22 and 24, the Dragons are on the road for their next three contests. The swing begins with a trip to New York against Hofstra (Sept. 29) and Wagner (Oct. 1). DU then travels to Lafayette on Oct. 8.
Drexel has four games in a row at home as William & Mary and American travel to Philadelphia on Oct. 13 and 15 for weekend matinees. In its final home weekend, DU faces Delaware in a CAA championship rematch on Oct. 20 and Villanova (Oct. 22). The Dragons wrap CAA play at Northeastern on Oct. 27 prior to closing the regular season with the program's first matchup against Quinnipiac in Hamden, Conn. on Oct. 29.
